Santosh Kher is a seasoned HR leader with 20 years of global HR experience leading HR portfolios in organizations such as GMG, FedEx, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Hutchison 3G including Rewards, Talent & Organization Development, HR Analytics, HR Business Partnering, Health and Safety, Culture & DEI.
Awarded the CHRO of the year by Future Workplace Awards Middle East and the Global HR Excellence Awards by World HRD Congress, has led a few M&As transforming organizations into a Great Place to Work.
Monica Mukherjee
Monica is an HR Professional with 17 years of HR Experience spanning over India and GCC. She has done her MBA in HR from Goa Institute of Management and is a CCE certified NLP Coach and a certified ICF Coach. She has worked for companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Yahoo! and Unilever. With the last 12 years spent in HR in UAE, she is a GCC Labor Law expert and a Business Partner/Talent Acquisition region expert.
